Account Registration & Eligibility

Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Self-exclusion is available for players seeking to take a break from gambling; excluded accounts remain closed for a minimum of 30 days and cannot be manually reopened during this period.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to terms specified at the time of claim. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a 7x wagering requirement and are valid for 7 days from the date credited. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met; only winnings above the bonus amount may be withdrawn.
